Term of payment & Conditions

• All rates are only in Thai Baht currency.
• Non fee payment made by credit card
• The promotion rates are subject to change without prior notice please contact us to check the available and rates.
• All the rates are inclusive of 7% Tax and 10% Service and 1% Local Tax Charges for booking.
• Children aged 12 and older are considered as adults.
• All reservations are required to be guaranteed by cash deposit pre paid, money transfer or any acceptable credit card. Minimum deposit 50 % of the total amount for accommodation booking 100%  of total balance have to paid before arrival
• All the bookings must be confirmed by email, official letter, tour voucher or fax only.
• No guarantee for any booking made by phone, MSN or Yahoo Messenger.

Cancellation and refundable policy
Tour Package with accommodation:

• No charge will be levied on cancellation made more than 30 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date in peak season (from 1 November to 31 January) or during Chinese New year and Thai New year festival. Refundable will be charged for money transfer fees only.
• No charge for cancellation made between 15 day(s) in green season(from 1th May to 31 October.
• Cancellation made between  1 day to 6 day(s) will be charged 50% from the deposit payment.
• No show charge 100 % of the total balance.

Day tour option without accommodation:

• Cancellation 1 day before date of service before 21.00 pm. charge 50 % from the total price.
• Cancellation on the date of service charge 100% from the total price.
• No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of the deposit payment.
• Booking amendment no fees
• Postpone the trip have to be made in 24 hours before departure time.

How to Pay with Phuket Easy Tour.com?
Choose only 1 option from the following options.

     The system will charge automatically 50 % from total price.

Step 2
     Click to choose more tour options or book for second person. (our system can make booking one time per person only)

Step 3
     Click to see your booking details and to fill the booking form then click to the confirm booking link below.

Step 4
     Click payment to fill your credit card details and click submit.

     Our system will check your correct information and confirm your booking within 48 hours, please check your status from your e-mail.

Option 2
  For those who do not have any credit cards the easier way is payment via bank transfer to the following bank account.
